Altar building is a form of space holding in which a physical portal is created as a place to convene with spirit and self.

The practice of altar building was passed to me through a medicine woman mentor in 2022. Since then, I have created countless altars in my home, on the earth, for ecstatic dance gatherings and many other healing events. It is my honor to share this practice and help people reconnect with their own intuitive wisdom.

The altar is an invitation to sit quietly and commune with yourself, spirit, ancestors, and/or guides.
