My first summer in Mt. Shasta

An incredible summer in Mount Shasta

This summer I spent time in Mt. Shasta on the beautiful Lake Siskiyou and had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people. I connected with Pacific Crest Trail through hikers, who were so inspiring, as well as many folks in the local community. I was also introduced to many beautiful, strong women who helped me grow in so many ways.

One of the highlights of my summer was attending a community event called "Live Tarot" where the performers did a live tarot card reading on audience members and actors would come out and act out the reading. It was such a unique and interesting experience and made me laugh a lot.

I was also lucky enough to attend Burning Man this summer which was a dream I never thought would happen. I feel so grateful to have been able to be a part of it and if you want to know more about that experience you can checkout my post about the Burn.

But my summer wasn't all about fun and adventure, I’ve also had the opportunity to start working with a new friend who just started producing water therapy retreats and was SO EXCITED to learn about my expertise in marketing and design as well as my interest in her water therapy work. It's been so rewarding to be able to collaborate with her and make a positive impact in the community.

All in all, it was an incredible summer full of growth, new experiences, and meaningful connections. I feel so grateful for everything that came my way and can't wait to see what the future holds.
